Supporting parents and families with premature births
Our goal is to raise awareness of premature birth and to provide understanding, support, information, encouragement and friendship to parents of premature infants.
We do this by providing:
~ hospital visits
~ parent support meetings
~ parent help and information line
~ information via website, parent information booklet, library
~ quarterly newsletter
~ network of regional contacts
~ annual "Prems in the Park" picnic, Celebrating Qld Prems
~ community education and promotion of World Prematurity Day (WPD)
